What is your Shipping/Postage?

Domestic shipping within Australian only.
2-4 working days is the recommended time frame given for your purchase to arrive. 

A tracking number will be provided once purchase has been made so you can track your shipment!.
If you have purchased multiple items in separate transactions on the same day, please email me, so I can make sure they're sent together.


What is your return/Exchange policy?

If you have any issues regarding your purchase,please send through an email so we can help resolve it!
Please also note, there are no refunds unless the item is faulty. 


How often is your store restocked?

The restock process is done once every 1-2 weeks, depending on the demand.
As these pieces are unique and handmade individually, they require a lot of time and precision.
Any updates of a restock will be on my Instagram account _loveAlly (see link at bottom of page also).


Do you do custom orders?

For weddings, yes, or anyone wanting to purchase 5+ sets of earrings.
